FAQs
What should I talk about during my sessions?
Deciding to schedule an appointment for therapy is a huge step. Once you make it in the door or via the screen you’ve done the hardest part. Individuals are different. Some find that they like to write down things they want to discuss in session. Others find it easier to talk and openly let things flow during sessions. In the initial sessions, goals are typically established and Clinicians assist clients in determining what they’d like to work on and accomplish via therapy. Come to therapy with whatever is on your mind, heart, and soul. Come to therapy ready to talk about whatever is bothering you, causing you pain, causing you a problem, or an area in your life that needs a reset.
How do I pay for sessions?
Bridging the Gap Wellness Center accepts clients who are able to self pay (pay out of pocket) via cash, debit, and credit cards. We also bill insurance companies that we are paneled with. We review payment policies and discuss insurance companies we are paneled with during phone consultations. We also offer sliding scale payments for a select number of clients.
What if I am experiencing a crisis after hours?
