Taking the first step
Have you ever counted how many steps you’ve walked in a day? Were you surprised by the number of steps you’d taken? In life we often go through many changes, some good and some bad. There are times we find it difficult to navigate life and we find ourselves searching for answers in various places, via people, via jobs, and via negative habits. Sometimes we reach a point where we utilize all of our intrinisc motivation and still can’t find the means to pull it together. We’re at a loss in trying to figure out what to do. We reach a point where we begin retracing our steps in trying to figure out how we got to a place of feeling lost or hopeless. When we begin to reach that place it’s often a great idea to take that first step. Take that first step in finding answers. Take that first step in creating a healthy support system. Take that first step in seeking therapy. Take that first step in building a better you. Take that first step today in putting yourself first. No matter what you do, don’t give up take that FIRST STEP in giving yourself a chance.
